The goods of the merchant are deemed to be delivered within 7 days once they have been dispatched through third party courier with the customer’s address given in his order for being made our to him or a person living in his household. With instruction to obtain their receipt has been acknowledged in writing or electronically. The merchant will issue all inside regarding every transaction along with the item to be delivered to the customer. The customer shall inspect the good promptly and inform the merchant in text from (eg by email) of any erroneous defective or missing articles. The amount of shipping cost depends on the size of item.
You can cancel your order before shipment within 24 hours and the entire amount will be refunded via original method of payment within 05 to 07 working days. Just follow these extremely simple steps. Log in to your a/c on our website. Then on the MY ORDERS page, click on ‘Cancel’ and you are done. If you cancel the item after shipment then it will not be considered. The website also reserves the right of refusing or cancelling order in scenarios like inaccuracies of pricing of product on website and stock in availability.
If customer paid twice for one transaction, then one transaction amount will be refunded via same source within 10 to 15 working days.

There is a 100% return policy if the product is returned within 30 days of shipping date with the product tag attached with the ornament due to manufacturing defect, wrong product shipment, broken product shipped or any other reason related to quality of the product. The customer has to bear the cost of return shipment. The company will accept the product only in its original condition and without any tampering or custom engraving, with all related documents such as invoice, certificate, warranty card etc. shipped with the product. The company will replace the returned defective product within 07 days subject to availability of stock. For product not available in stock, the company will refund the entire amount of the customer via same source.
